Long-time San Luis Obispo resident Gary has invited “Ncredible Edibles” and other neighbors to turn their backyard into an organic garden of more than one-hundred fruits and vegetables that everyone can enjoy. Follow Susan as she spends a few hours in this burgeoning organic garden that the founders of N’credible Edibles, Meleah and Jordan, and other San Luis Obispo community members are implementing land-use philosophies of permaculture with a multitude of benefits, including water conservation.
